Trolley departure times from The Barbey Trolley Depot are: 11:15, 12:00, 12:45, 1:30, 2:15, 3:00, 3:45, 4:30, & 5:15.
Catch any trolley back to Barbey Trolley Depot from the North Pole on Pier 39. Last departure call is at 7:00pm.

Final sweep is 7:30pm.

Saturday, Dec. 14

THE BARBEY TROLLEY DEPOT

2042 Marine Drive, Astoria [next to Columbia River Martitime Museum]

11am: First trolley boards for 11:15am departure.

11-2pm: Professional photographs by Justin Grafton Studios. Take a $5 framed color photo souvenir home & order additional prints through their app!

11-7pm: Spend some time putting a community Christmas puzzle together at the puzzle table.

11-7pm: Enjoy a few scenes or an entire holiday movie. We’ll be streaming classics like Miracle on 34th Street, It’s a Wonderful Life, and Bishop’s Wife.

11-7pm: Create a festive wood ornament at our craft table.

11-7pm: Write a Christmas card to someone you care about at our Card Creation Table. Choose from several designs.

11-7pm: Enjoy beautiful, live musical performances the entire event:

11-1pm: Barbara Anne, Folksinger - Guitar & vocals.

1-3pm: Niall Carroll - Instrumental guitar.

3-5pm: Marian & John - Smallpipes.

5-7pm: Mary Ann Ylipelto - Guitar & vocals.

5:30pm: LAST TROLLEY boarding for the NORTH POLE on PIER 39.

7:45pm: BARBEY TROLLEY DEPOT CLOSES.

NORTH POLE on PIER 39

100 39th Street, Astoria - [extra parking in Hampton Inn lot on 39th]

1:20pm: First trolley arrives at THE NORTH POLE on Pier 39.

11-3pm: THE GRINCH sightings! Ask him to take a picture with you!

11-7pm: Local vendors will be featuring hand-crafted gifts and artisan delights. Plus, face painting and glitter tattoos available too!

1-7pm: Enjoy popcorn, hot cocoa/cider, and the famous reading of Night Before Christmas in our Storytime Theater. If you ride the trolley, your wristband received at boarding will cover these for you—or they can also be purchased ala carte from the Whoville Welcome, Hot Cocoa, and Bakery Booth.

1:30-6:30pm: STORYTIME THEATER with interactive musical sing-along in the Event Space. Approximate showtimes are on the hour, every hour starting at Noon: 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and last show at 6pm. The Trolley will wait for the last performance to end before departing, if we’re running behind schedule.

7pm: LAST TROLLEY LEAVES THE NORTH POLE, BACK TO THE BARBEY TROLLEY DEPOT (we will wait for the last group if the schedule is behind).

~ FINAL SWEEP is 7:30pm ~

*The NORTH POLE on PIER 39 stays open until 10pm for your enjoyment.
